A.F. and myself are NOT the same person, and I'm highly offended that the owner would try and bad mouth the reviewers. My account of what happened is 100% correct. This happened over a year ago, and I am just as angry and frustrated over what happened today as I was when it happened.
Raymond is a dirty old man who doesn't put down his cigarette to even take your cash. Seriously, this was the biggest headache I have ever had to deal with. He insults his customers and obviously has NO IDEA that he is in the business of SERVICING OTHERS. Maybe if he had an ounce of customer service then he wouldn't have 1.5 stars.

If I could give him ZERO stars that is what I would have rated this.
My car needed a new fuel pump, and new fuel filter... I had this done to my car awhile back when I was living in California, and it cost me $600 (that's what I get for driving a BMW)... but here, Raymond saw a girl, with a broken car, and charged me $750!! What a load of crap!
Besides the over charge on the labor cost, he also wouldn't take my Dad's credit card.... my dad did the whole thing that is normal, faxed the front and back, and driver's license, and the whole bit, and Raymond was a stubborn old man that said I was the one to have pay, and that I had to have cash. Now that is some real bullshit.
Hey old man, cash is cash to you, why do you care who is comes from?!!?! After arguing for an hour, I left WITHOUT my car, and had to go back with cash.
I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. He is dishonest, difficult to do business with, and is not worth the hassle. Save you time, and frustration, and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
