I would give zero stars if possible. This was the most over priced, disorganized, stressful "spa" trip ever. Went as 1 in a party of 7 for a day of pampering w/ the bride-to-be the day before her wedding & things got off to a rough start right away when the private yoga instructor advised she would have to leave halfway through for another engagement but would have another instructor finish the class--needless to say she left and no instructor came in after. I was booked for a microdermabrasion facial and then to have lunch with everyone followed up by a hot stone massage. Well, after 3 changes in the plan I was told that one of their aestheticians got their days mixed up & was a no show, & I canceled my facial. I received the stone massage & paid about $300 for my troubles that day (massage was okay, but not worth THAT). The girls with me had similar problems with their services and 2 of them received horrible manis that they paid $70 for and had to have re-done. We didn't even get to enjoy lunch together as a group since they switched everyone's plan and several ladies were mid-treatment at the time we arranged. I heard the lady at the front desk saying to her coworker how it was a day from hell for her meanwhile my group was very accommodating to staff despite their [lack of] service and poor management skills. We are not high-end picky ladies, just expect things to go as planned when we take the time to arrange what is supposed to be a relaxing experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone again and neither would any of the other ladies in my group!
