Food and atmosphere are great. My problem is this.... Out of the last three times I've gone there and asked to be seated at a booth ( after being asked if I had a reservation which I didn't) I was told they were all reserved but I could sit at the bar. Each time I sit at the bar and enjoy my meal for over an hour whilst I am in an otherwise empty restaurant full of multiple empty booths. Who are these reserved for? The one time I did make a reservation and arrived at the appointed time I was told there was an hour wait for a booth....while in view of four or five empty ones. When I complained I was immediately seated...... At the bar. What is the managerial strategy here? Are they short staffed? Are they steering tipping customers to the bar tender/ server? Are there imaginary customers only they can see? Weird.
