I gave this place a final try after my experience last month. I thought maybe it was a fluke, the manager seemed concerned, but no follow up. No big deal, I'm not really anybody important, but I do eat out 5+ times a week and am familiar with good service.
Needless to say disappointed again. Appetizer did not come until we asked for it when our meals were delivered. We tried waiving the server down more than once. One of the entrees was totally wrong and had to be remade. I was 90% done before he could even eat.
The moment the error was pointed out the servers super friendly demeanor went sour and zero eye contact was made until the bill came.
