Terrible customer service! I went in to get something fixed on my phone, the manager told me she had seen this before and it wasn't fixable and that I needed to buy a new phone. I was going out of town, so I didn't have time to mess with it. Turns out my phone was fine. The new phone, however, was defective and a huge pain. I went in to try to return it, since it was defective and my old phone was fine, and they refused to do anything but replace the lousy phone and the screen protector that chipped within a week. Thanks for the bait and switch! I love trusting a store to help and getting taken advantage of instead.
