A beautiful cascading chocolate fountain sets the scene for this hip chocolate laden patisserie...in one three-day stint at the Bellagio I think I ate here at least 4 times. The gelato is unbelievably creamy and the ultimate way to beat LV's desert heat. Crepes are also a wonderful treat; very decadent and with a variety of creative fillings. If you are trying to be at least semi-health concious, the sugar free chocolate Napoleon is an excellent choice- so rich you won't even realize the lack of sugar!
