Typically when I go to this dunkin the service is good. It's not great but it gets the job done and I usually walk away happy with my caramel half caf iced coffee with skim milk. However, today the service was horrible the woman at the drive thru not only had to ask me to repeat my order but then she still got my order wrong. In addition to that, she wasn't very clear during the transaction and I had to ask twice how much I owed.
I'm disappointed, dunkin.
