I do not recommend this hotel for a variety of reasons. First and foremost, they charged my credit card several hours prior to arrival, whereas most (if not, all) locations where I've stayed at before wait until check-in to do so. When I emailed about this particular situation, I received an apathetic email back from the manager that specifically said (verbatim) "If you didn't want that card then you should have made the reservation with the card you wanted to pay for the stay. That is on you not us." What if someone's card had been compromised or stolen and they're dealing with that issue on vacation? At the time of check-in I was definitely frustrated, but the lack of care or concern from management was the nail in the coffin for me. Aside from that major concern, the rooms were pretty dated and seemed a little unsanitary like they weren't thoroughly cleaned. For $100/night, I feel like we could have found a hotel that was not only in better condition, but treated their paying customers with understanding and respect.
