Most likely the best ramen in town. Having been to Japan recently, I came back to Montreal with the hunt for a ramen that comes close to what I tasted in Japan. And this place is likely where it comes closest.
Located in a reclused corner, there are only few seats. The ambiance was nice and you get to see the kitchen, just like in Japan. There are only few choices for your ramen bowl, but don't let that deter you, the taste is really flavorful. The broth is also very thick, which is positive. The only downside though is the high price. But for the quality you get, it is worth it!
