The team worked extra hard to achieve the difficult task of getting me into a house of my choice while selling my old large home; Downsizing was what I wanted to do and it is a reality now.
The entire experience was painless and ultra easy; they also know how to listen which is a great quality these days. I felt so comfortable and trusting the entire time, I wasn't disappointed. I was kept abreast of the different potential client visits, Axel, my realtor, was very flexible with his time to show me homes on the market as well as holding open houses at my own home.
This company has a wonderful professional photographer who showcases perfectly the home for sale, the staff answers questions right away at any time of day and even on the weekend. Then the surprise was that as I sold and bought with them they gave me back 1% off the commission of the purchase.
