I've bought 6 houses in the last 20 years, and had an inspection on each one. This was the best inspection I've seen. He documented not only the minor issues he found, but also had photos of the things he looked at that were fine. There were two broken roof tiles that he found, as well as a bit of missing grout in a shower. Overall thorough job, and outstanding report with lots of photos available online.
