9:30 at night. Party in the courtyard. Echoing up the building. No one in the hotel can sleep. Called the manager and she is unwilling to move the party inside. Already a dozen calls regarding the noise. She can not or will not do anything. Do NOT stay here if you want a peaceful night sleep or traveling for business.
