This place provides an interesting concept where you fill out a form that allows you to specify things you DON'T like. From there you choose the number of courses at a set price and are served a random set of courses. This means you can get something you might be disgusted or thrilled by. Neat concept but people are fickle and usually not as adventurous as they pretend to be.
My meal was actually quite good and featured mostly seafood. Lobster bisque, scallop, sweetbreads, mussels and poached pear. Everything was prepared and presented in an elegant manner for everyone at the table. Wine pairings were offered and we're quite good except the cheap port with dessert.
I'd do it again. However, the cost per person and portion size will limit the number of times will go.
