I love reading the negative reviews and hope the people in Phoenix actually believe them so i can have this GEM, - the absolute (bar none) BEST sushi in town - comparable w/ Nobu, Yasuda, and yes, even Nakazawa - ALL TO MYSELF. They either probably have no money or are expecting "fast Japanese" but they should know Chef Yasu FLIES in his fish EVERY day, and you can certainly tell the difference - so the people griping about availability or prep time just are plain ignorant when it comes to fine Sushi dining. They should stick to their familiar "American" sushi in their favorite places like Sushi Station LOL.
Thank you Chef Yasu for your AMAZING concoctions that never disappoint - I always feel like a rock star/billionaire EVERY time I taste your thoughtfully and lovingly prepared sushi/sashimi delicacies.
