What I liked:
1. Claude is a down to earth guy. Easy to communicate with. Seemed honest and hard working.
2. Price was reasonable: $45 dollars less than the competition.
3. Work was done very well.
Areas that can be improved upon:
1. I got the sense that Claude does most of the work himself. Therefore he seems very busy and it is important to keep in communication with him to make sure that scheduled times haven't changed. It wasn't a big deal for me but if I hadn't called I'm
not sure if the change in schedule would have been communicated.
2. He had left some of his tools in his other truck. This didn't impact me, it just made the work a lot harder for him. But as I said before he got the job done very well.
Would I use his services again:
