Been living here 4 years our lease is coming up and they decide to raise our rent $300. I would think they would try and negotiate with us and try to keep us but no and to top it off they haven't fix the water damage we've had since the apartment above us flooded about 2 months ago! Had to clean up mold from the walls already. Old management was better seem like they cared more about us than just making money. The outside of the apartments might look nice but the inside are still outdated if your are going to raise the rent at least update the inside of the apartments. Front office never seems to answers the phone , I have to always have a candle on if not the strong smell of weed will over power the apartment not to mention the outside always smells like it. Every year we renewed our lease we are promised our carpets to be clean but not once have our carpets been clean by them all we get is our rent being raised every year by $20-$40 a month, but $300 is way to much to raise our rent for what we get.
