Don is spot on in his review. If you have no choice then go here. If you are in even a worse position then you will be directed to lease one of their cars. I found myself needing to do a lease with them. The car appeared fine but began shaking when I took it on the freeway. I went to their contracted mechanic 3 times. To shorten the story, the car had a bad front tire that drivetime refused to pay to be fixed. It was dangerous and pointless not to fix this issue they were well aware of on a car they own. I seriously hope they change the tire before leasing the car out to somebody else like myself who was between a rock and a hard place. I will never do business with this company again regardless of how nice the staff is. I will deter as many people as I can from doing business with this company as well. I have no issue with paying for what I signed for but this is just bad business.
