I was hesitant to go here as I saw many reviews about the terrible front office staff but I am glad that I took a chance as my experience was very different then the reviews, in a good way. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and gave me their full attention. Dr. Bailey was intetested in what I had to say, was way more knowledgable then my past endo, and even gave me some good tips that I hadn't thought of, which I didn't think was possible. I didn't time it, but I feel like I had a very long appointment with her. Only downfall is that I waited quite some time after my scheduled appointment to be seen (and I was scheduled for 9:30am), but I have a feeling it's because she tends to spend more time with people because she cares. 5 stars.
