Repulsive. Bed linens were stained with what appeared to be blood. Called the front desk, housekeeping came to investigate and were apologetic, but the front desk's remedy was not so helpful. They offered to comp part of the room (did not give a dollar amount) and free breakfast. If the rooms are that dirty, I can't imagine what the kitchen is like so of course I was not interested in breakfast. Then prior to checking out we found a filthy shoe from a previous guest! Took it to the front desk and the woman working there was SO rude. Did not apologize and again did not state how much was taken off the room, just handed me a receipt. Will never ever stay at a DoubleTree again. Clean your rooms!!!
