I went here as directed from the insured who rear ended me. The staff was friendly and I was given a prompt and thorough estimate. At the end I choose to take a cash out, instead of have repairs performed. I was told by the gentleman working with me that they would have it mailed to me. After not receiving any thing in the mail, I contacted the company who stated that I needed to contact the insurance company of who hit my car. I was never told this, only that a check would be mailed. If I had been told to contact the insurance company, this would all be over now, but instead I have been attempting day after day to get a hold of anyone. Not very pleased.
