This is my first 1 star yelp review. Earlier I had an appointment with Dr. Creasman that did not go well. I wrote a powerful email asking that my co pay be refunded. Dr. called me and I thought he was sincere at the time. The charge was taken off my credit card. But with financial malevolence, Abrazo Medical Group first sent me a paper bill for the co pay. I called and Alex who I talked with said the bill was inaccurate and I should ignore it. Yesterday I received a text message, a voice mail and a email demanding co pay payment. If this continues, I will start into the process that I outlined in the email with emphasis on the violation of my HIPAA rights at the appointment. This can include filing a complaint at Cigna and filing a complaint with the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners. Perhaps this posting will get the message to Abrazo If not, as noted above, I will take further action.
