I just flew into Arizona today and my friend told me about a nail salon that she has been mistreated at and I witnessed the mistreatment as well without the nail shop even knowing that I have and been watching how they treat my friend. I am amazed in how they treated me compared to my friend. I am a blonde hair blue eyed woman and my friend is half Asian and black but does get mistreated for the black I feel. We both have went in here. The people were nice and welcoming to me and immediately assisted me and helped me accordingly. But unfortunately my friend has been mistreated, she has paid top dollar for her nails and pedicure and the nail technician by the name of Try half ass did her nails and she works in an industry where her nails need to be done right and the way she asks for. It is important to her. I am really disappointed in the way the staff has treated my friend and I am writing this review to let anyone and everyone that can relate to this situation to stay away from this place. I have a daughter who is half black and I would have a fit if they treated and did to my daughter's nails what they did to my friends nails. The over weight Mexican woman cut her, and continued deceitfully hurting her even after she told her that she is in pain and sore, my friend even had bruises on her knees and legs for God's sake and kindly asked her several times to tone it down on the pressure and the Mexican woman tells my friend she had to massage her this way. Bullshit.! They massaged me comfortably fine. Then the white woman that they have as a hostess yelled at my friend in front of the customers in the whole shop and the nail tech Kenny repeatedly mistreated her as she kept going there to get her nails done. These Asians that run these nail shops here in Arizona and in America as a whole are so prideful in saying how they do not like to be mistreated because of who they are but they are hypocrites and rude , they speak in their language as they talk bad about whoever they feel and they think we do not feel the negative energy because we do not speak their language? Well all these Asian nail shops need to learn how to treat all people equal and important because if it wasn't for us American's red, yellow, black, and white, these business owners would not have a business and would need and want to go back to their own country and mistreat their own people. I frown on this place and will never go here even though they treated me like royalty beyond my control obviously, I love my friend and I have known her since we were little girls and she is the most giving and loving person that I know and have known. I will stand behind my friend and will never support a company that promotes mistreatment of any kind because of stereotypes and reasons of no basis. Shame on you "PAMPERED AND POLISHED NAILS" for thinking you would get away with this.
