Not really expecting a whole lot when I walked in here, but a pleasant surprise was what I ended up receiving. The walls a for the most part, bare. Its kinda plain and boring inside, and the phone selection sucked. But my mother is they type to not know how to use her cell phone in the slightest, and so when she walked into the Cricket, she just assumed something was broken and she needed to completely replace it. The guy assisting her was very patient and nice, and then asked to look at the phone. He told us it would be a few minutes, and he would let us know what's up. He comes back 10 minutes later with my mother's phone, saying that she had never deleted or cleared any data from the phone, and that's why it was on the fritz. He very easily could have said, "yes ma'am, it looks like you need to buy a whole new phone" and made a commission sale off of an "unassuming old lady", but he was honest. It's good to know there are still a few nice people out there, who just want to help customers and be great at their job.
