Was very disappointed that the spa director did not return my call. I had a manicure by a lovely girl, however the polish was GONE the next morning! It had literally peeled off and the little pieces were found in my bed! I wasn't asking for a refund, just to have polish re-applied! The front desk does not have the authority to approve this, so I left a message with the director. No call back. Very disappointed.
All other employees are awesome and cheerful and professional.
