I had called to have a new front tire put on my bike, I was told to bring it in. So I did and the man behind the counter said since it was later in the day he would try to get to it tomorrow. Well two days later I got the call I picked up my rim with new tire, I was charged 12 dollars more than quoted and my rim was scratched around outside rim and bearing... Not spokes but around the hole. That is pure lazy and easily avoided they must have thrown the rim onto tire machine and must have used no plastic or protection, which they have on the wall in service garage! Very unprofessional, rude and just terrible service. Do not take your bike here !!!
