Nope. Argue with them, but they said I'll get the card when I go to the meeting.
Went to the meeting.
Sales rep. Christopher Fong did Not have the cards.
He told me he had the cards at the local Aetna home office.
Emailed him the next day... Nope.
Told me he would get them next week. Nope.
Intentionally false advertising? Liars? Extreme incompetence?
If they can Not do something as simple as getting me a rewards card, why on Earth would I trust them with my healthcare !??
