I have several financial accounts with banks and credit unions. Unfortunately one is with Tru West credit Union. Last week someone went into my bill pay and tried to pay off 2 credit cards from a Bank of America credit card to the amounts of 16,000 dollars. I only had 200 dollars total in the TWCU account. Someone let that payment go through. I called immediately on Monday since this happened over the weekend. I also went into the branch I filled out a notarized copy of fraudulent at that time they said we will have to shut down your on line bill pay. I said ok. Then I find out they have gone into all my financial institutes and shut done allowing me to pay MY bills on line. Now they will not shut down my checking account with 200 dollars and give my money back. I have called the police and and contacting 12 on your side. I have rights and they cannot provide why this happened. Do not bank here they have horrible uneducated employees and you will definitely be compromised on line. They have horrible on line protection.
