I visit this place frequently since I am a huge fan of iced coffee. I always receive my order very quickly and the employees are friendly. Every receipt includes a survey and if you fill it out and bring the receipt back with the survey code, you get a free donut with the purchase of a medium or large beverage. Score! What is incredibly annoying about this place is it's very difficult to see the donut selection. It's behind the registers (or isn't it? The registers constantly are changing around where they are in this store, which is very weird). Even without the registers, the counters kind of block the view too. Usually employees are standing right in front of the selection so you have to try to peer around them to see what is available. I would bet that the donuts on the lower shelves aren't ordered nearly as much as the others because people simply can't see them well. If you can't have the donuts in a glass case, why not at least have a sign that lists the donuts available that day? It would be a simple solution to this problem.
