Short story: DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A "COMPANY!" I spoke with Tony via phone 2x to schedule this move, and multiple texts in which I confirmed our needs, address, and start time. On the day of, he was late, so I texted to ensure he wasn't lost. He called me back asking who I was, and then when he realized he had a move scheduled for 12:30pm with us, he said he was running a little late. I asked how late... 1:30-2hrs he said. It's baffling to me how this man claims to do this for a living, screwing his customers when they have entrusted him to assist on an already stressful day. - He didn't write down my name/number to book me properly. - If he wasn't lying and actually WAS late, he had multiple texts with my info to call me back. He didn't bother. - He lied and said he was coming (I talked to him 2 more times between 12:30pm - 2:30pm. - He never showed up, nor did he bother calling to cancel. I have no idea how he makes a living with such blatant lack of professionalism. He left us in a really bad place, and didn't care one bit. DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT USE THIS GUY.
