If you want to spend several hours of your time being ignored while your pet is in crisis, then This is the place for you. The absolute WORST emergency experience I have ever had in my 20 years of pet ownership. My dog was whisked back to triage immediately which was encouraging. Zippo communication with me for 2 hours regarding status. After much prodding I learned that absolutely NOTHING had been done with my dog, which reported in with severe vomiting, diarrhea and labored breathing. Not even fluids! I was told mydog was prempted by more critical cases. I retrieved my pup and went to a different more efficient and caring 24 hour clinic.
