I used to work for a major florist, in the customer service department, so I understand completely the work that the shops do and how busy they ate this time of year, and have worked with many florists nationwide, and have a lot of respect for what they do. I went un today, for an arrangement for another occasion and the first person I spoke with was very nice and cordial, and I would have been alright with them having nothing available, however the the other woman was very angry, rude and disrespectful, downright hateful in fact. I just wanted something in pink, even small, for the birth of my granddaughter would have been fine. But the lack of willingness or any courteousness by the 2nd woman, I am not fine. They are busy this weekend, but they could have made a better impression for a possible future purchase if the rudeness did not occur, with some kind of can do attitude for a little something in pink, would have really made difference. I would like to apologize to the other florists there for working with someone with a negative attitude. Normally I order my arrangements online. I will continue to find a great local florist in this area, but would not recommend them!!
