My girlfriend plays hockey and there are playoffs held every year, either in IL or WI. This year they were held in WI, in this arena. I remember, we have been here before, maybe 3 or 4 years ago, while it was still new.
Even today, it still looks great, clean all around. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. My only complained was the seating area in the rink could have been heated a bit better. However, for one of the rink you could watch the game from the inside of the lobby.
Overall a solid A- experience.
