I def think I had a bad experience compared to everyone else. I went in for a shellac manicure. After hunting through colors I decided on one. I also got a polish change on my toes. My old shellac was being soaked off while I got my toe polish change. When she started to do my nails she was very grumpy. She painted the first coat of pink on one nail and asked if I liked it. I didn't. I told her and she threw my hands and said "find a new one then" I asked if there was a brighter more opaque pink and she shook her head and said "go look." I was very upset and have never been treated like this! I wish she had offered one of the swatches of all the shellac options like every other nail place does. It's been 5 days and it has started chipping, which also never happens to me! Normally I would go back but I don't feel like being treated like that again. I also was never offered a drink after every other customer was.
