My husband and I live in San Francisco, we have been using AZ Property Solutions for about a year now tp manage our townhouse and we have been extremely happy with them. I used to own rental property and my husband still owns a townhouse. Overall we have used 4 different companies between our properties in the past 5 years or so. AZPS is the best one I have ever worked with.
They are very quick to get us information, call us back, or attend to our tenant. They listed our property within a week and made excellent recommendations on pricing, etc. The first place we used to rent our 2 bdrm townhouse with tons of amenities , stated that they wouldn't get a very good price, they took 4 months and never found a single tenant. We finally switched to AZPS and they found us multiple candidates within 48 hours of listing, at a price $150 over what the other group was asking, we even got to pick the best tenant (in our opinion)!
