Well, it's an airport -- and not a bad one at that. Easy to navigate, easy train access with quick rides to and from downtown, and a decent hotel on the airport property. I probably wouldn't like to be stuck here as there aren't a ton of options for eating or killing time, but free WiFi is available and the United Club is actually one of the more decent ones around. (That isn't setting the bar very high, but let's just say they don't have brown tap water in the bathroom like in LGA.) Despite losing the United hub, Hopkins still is a great airport for getting in and out of Cleveland. My only issues are that checked bags are still screened in the lobby (which should be going away with the remodel of the ticketing area) and I once tried to reserve a conference room here, and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to make the arrangements. Many people like to complain about the parking situation and rental car shuttle, but I am personally usually on the train and I don't find the off-site car rental facility much different than the arrangements encountered in many airports around the country.
