Melinda did awesome on my full set lashes. I had the Groupon deal. The tech asked me what kind of look I was looking for and she did it! Couple of problems. One was I had a reaction to the eye pads they use. My lower eyes were red for two days and swollen. I had to take benedryl and eye drops to ease it. I knew it was the eye pads because I had a minor reaction at another shop to them, but not as bad as this time. So next time I have to request surgical tape! They make you sign a consent, so that you are aware of the risks of reactions. The other complaint is the front desk person was not very professional with how she talked to some customers. She wasn't rude to me but stand off like, not friendly. Otherwise, service was good.
