My cousins and I stayed here this past weekend to celebrate our youngest cousins 21st birthday. I have heard good things about the size of the rooms, so we decided to give it a shot because it was fairly close to the strip. We arrived a bit early, hoping that we could check in early, but their wasn't any rooms available yet, which was fine. The man at the front desk was very stiff and unpleasant and he seemed to not like his job very much. We would ask questions about check ins and our room and he gave us very short responses without any eye contact at all. Then we were billed unexpectedly because they said we had too many people in the room. Mind you their was only 4 of us and we had two queen size beds in our suite. They told us that it's an additional $25 dollars per extra person. Crazy right? So with the extra resort fee and the $50 we had to fork out for the "extra guest" we ended up spending $281 for a one night stay at the Tuscany. We ended up paying the $281 because we just wanted to head out and enjoy the little time we had left. As we entered our room, we got a horrible smell of dead fish that lingered in our room. We decided to just suck it up, and spray some body spray to mask the smell because we did not want to deal with the rude employees of that hotel again. Overall, the room was a nice size, but this will be our last time staying at the Tuscany suites.
