I had an electrician come out from Shield's to make a repair (summer 2014), and then the issue recurred a couple months later. A different company came out to assess and repair, and claimed the electrician from Shield's had installed a faulty part. I asked Shield's for an explanation, and have been following up for months now, and have received no response from the electrician. Poor customer service, and likely poor quality all around.
