I gave them 2 stars because I wasn't overly impressed with our experience. The limo itself was fine (clean and what we needed) and I would say that they were helpful with scheduling us on a busy weekend. However when the driver came to get us we weren't very pleased. We had the driver for our wedding and we made him pick up the bridesmaids first and drop them at the venue, then return and get the groomsmen separately and bring them to the venue. The driver didn't get the door for the ladies or help any of them into the car or help with any of their bags. He basically just showed up and unlocked the car. Keeping in mind that the girls were dressed at this point in high heels and it would have been nice to have someone help them into the car. The driver also had the trunk filled with stuff "for another ride after us". So we couldn't put any of our extra bags or things in the trunk. As a result things like overnight bags and random junk for the wedding had to ride in the back with us to the venue. The driver also didn't help the bridesmaids with their bags, so again a woman in an uncomfortable, constraining, and unstable wedding dress and shoes has to lug her own bags into the back of the car and have it sit next to her. It was a similar story with the groomsmen, i.e. A full trunk and no help with the doors. Getting the door for us or helping the bridesmaids into the car may sound sort of demanding but if I'm paying $300+ on a limo service I expect to have the amenities of a limo service. If I just wanted someone to show up on time and take me somewhere I would have called uber. Finally when we got to the venue they had the old school way of taking your credit card information, with the carbon paper and the plastic swiper. My credit card has its number on the back so the machine didn't work and the only way for the guy to fix this problem was to TEXT my credit card number to his manager. This then made me rushed for my wedding because I had to waste 10 minutes on the payment problem. I think the only saving grace was that the driver wasn't outwardly rude to us. The driver was on time and a nice enough guy but very inconsiderate and it made the whole experience one which I don't want to have again, especially on such an important day as my wedding.
