I have been to this place numerous times 14 to be exact ( I know due to my punch card). They usually do a pretty good job about cleaning for a reasonable price. I went in yesterday to get my car washed and realized I left my ipad in the car. By this time my car was already behind the building in line to go through the machines. I got my car back, left and saw my iPad was missing with in 5 minutes of leaving. I tracked it back to their location via find my iPad application, when I got back and started tracking it, the device went on unavailable mode. I called the police filed a police report but the managers were shady about looking back on the cameras. Since then, the other managers or owners have not reached out to apologize or even acknowledge the situation. I understood the iPad was gone as soon as it went unavailable I am just disappointed with how the management handled the situation. Henderson police informed me that they were certain the device was taken there but they couldn't do anything because the management claimed the security was unavailable and could only be accessed by certain people..
In short they have untrustworthy employees who will steal your belongings if given the opportunity.
