An hour my foot! I have. Even waiting almost 3 hours and my glasses aren't ready. Next time it's Walmart! I'll pay less, and at least my glasses will be ready when they tell me. At the 4 hour mark they were still telling me another hour. I was so mad I left. The price of One hour service is built into the cost of the glasses, that is what you are paying for. If you don't get this within reasonable amount of time you should get a discount. After this I am no longer a customer of LensCrafters!
