The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced. I have ordered from here on THREE separate occasions, and they have screwed up each time. Thursday I order a single serving of ice cream with toppings and they messed up the size. I phoned in and spoke to David, his first night as a new manager, and he apologized for the mix up. He took my number and gave me a credit for a large because they served me a regular ($3 dollar difference.) Then, tonight (Saturday,) I phoned in and ordered three large ice creams with one waffle bowl, and when it came, EACH order was messed up- size, waffle cone, toppings, AND flavor- everything, was wrong. I phoned in and spoke to David, again, and told him that they messed up my order and had photographed the uber eats receipt, and he became extremely aggressive and said he didn't even have my order. After confirming my order number and name, he conceded that he screwed up my order and was trying to get in touch with the "head boss." I explained that there was no need to call the "head boss" on Saturday night at 11pm because there was nothing they could do. David began to explain that it was his third day and basically told me "tough shit."
Excuse me?!? I spent over $40 dollars on ICE CREAM that was delivered wrong three times over.
If you want your ice cream to be charged quadruple the going rate and be wrong, plus waiting over 40 minutes for it, then this is your place. My suggestion? Go to yogurtland as this place is shitty service and product!!!
