Had some friends in town and headed to olives. Sat outside which has really nice scenery. You can see the bellagio fountains go off. We ordered the flat bread which was good. We had the tuna which was bland, no taste, and was slimy. When the entrees came I had the salmon again bland no taste and it was cold. Also had the filet which was also cold so I called the waiter and he said get us new hot dishes. So when the dishes came back it was the same salmon the same filet reheated again. Actually my salmon wasn't even reheated they just put the salmon on a new plate with new hot mashed potato! Common that's ridiculous I'm sure they did the same with the filet!
As for the the ribeye it was ok at best. The scallops were pretty good.
I would recommend this place only for the view other than that it's worthless save your money. Ended spending 400 on 4 people and leaving unhappy!
I'm a local and I would not be coming here nor will my guests that's for sure!
