Remember that annoying little tattletale you knew from 2nd grade? 'Teacher teacher Sally isn't doing the exercises right'. ? Well that's Erica the trainer - after telling her I had an injury and couldn't do hand and arm exercises, she ran to the owner and complained that I wasn't following the instruction of the class. She is an adult with a mouth and I don't understand why she didn't come over and talk to me, because I did inform her immediately upon getting in the class that I had hand injury. So I can tell you, I'll never take a class where I see her listed as an instructor and I suggest anyone with an injury do the same. The last thing someone with chronic pain wants is to be singled out, lectured and shamed. So upsetting and totally unprofessional.
