There was a large confusing order ahead of me that the staff handled very efficiently. I stepped up and showed my electronic coupon. The clerk stated it would be handled at the register. When I had completed my order the clerk start to enter my order into the register the clerk could not find anywhere to enter the coupon. He looked at it closer and stated it was only good at participating stores and they were not participating in the discount. The owner/manager came out and the clerk explained what had happened. The manager stated that I should let them know that I had the coupon before I ordered. Both the clerk and I stated that I had. Then the manager stated that they would honor the coupon. I give the service 5 stars . Not because it was perfect, but for the way that they handled the problem.
