I detest this location. The Sales and fabric selection are nice but the checkout is always horrible. There were four people in line with one person checking out when a second employee came up, spoke with the cashier ringing, adjusted a few shopping carts, stopped to look at the growing line, then she disappeared. The person that was left was doing the best she could (found out it was her 6th day on the job). Another employee didn't show up until the line had 8 people in it. I spoke with the manager just to tell her the situation and inform her not having enough people checking out is the reason I avoid this location and instead of saying something like "sorry for your experience, I'll make sure to go over policies with the people working." She blamed everything else she could think of. "We had four people checking out earlier" "we have a new manager" a second person is only supposed to come if there are 3 in line" (mind you there were 4 at the time) horrible management. Horrible customer service with no accountability on managements part.
