We recently had the opportunity to work with Dr. McKenna for bout 6 year old. After a trio to the ER we were referred to Valley ENT for possible Tonsil removal. We ended up scheduling the surgery in a rush to get it done before years end. The office staff was incredibly helpful dealing with insurance, and surgery centers.
Dr. McKenna had a way with kids. He had my boy laughing, smiling, and at ease for the surgery to come. Even after surgery my boy was excited to go back and say hi. Even gave his post surgery visit nurse a huge hug and a thank you.
