My experience with Coulter Tempe was confusing and uncomfortable. At first I thought it was going to be wonderful because I submitted an inquiry about the vehicle online and almost immediately for a call from a sales associate. I set an appointment and even called to confirm that I was on my way. When I arrived I met the sales manager, Tim, and he passed me over to a sales associate, Frank. Frank informed me that the specific car I was coming to look at wasn't even at the location they had directed me to. I guess they were hoping to talk me into a different vehicle but I submitted the inquiry about a specific vehicle for a reason! Frank randomly drove us around the lot to see if there was anything else similar to what we wanted. This is 2016, you should have a computer that tells you these things! We did end up test driving a car very similar but not the one we wanted. Frank offered to have the vehicle brought from their other location. The next day I got calls from 6 different people at the dealership offering to let me see the car. I was very confused about who to work with. I let one of them know that I needed a bit more time to get paperwork squared away on my trade in. Today I got the following email from Frank, "It is obvious your not interested in the 2016 Yukon or you would have shown up or at least called. I'm having it returned back to the other lot." If you're going to be rude at least use proper grammar! Needless to say I will never be returning to this dealership.
