My son and I stopped in after Christmas when they were not anticipating shoppers. We waited in a line of 6 people and one register when they called another salesperson up to ring. Both registers cleared out all folks except myself and my son. While the customer in front of me was called to be waited on, the second salesperson looked at me.....and closed her register?! Unfortunately the person in front of me had multiple items to ring so we waited and waited. Would it have been so hard to ring up my 5 items? Why did she look at me and close? Not the best in customer service. I hope the few minutes she saved was worth it for JOANN Fabrics.
