Originally I came here on their opening day last year and had so many problems I didn't want to leave a review until I could come back and try them again after they've been open for some time. And today at work we were all craving Cafe Rio and decided to place an order online and with this location being the closest to us and been open for some time we figured let's do it! Even though our order was written online perfect they still messed up the entire order. For example my VA ordered two tacos with rice and beans but instead received 1 plain taco barely any chicken, no cheese, toppings or rice & beans - just a plain ol' taco? The person who picked it up for us knew we only had so much time to eat so he didn't think to check to make sure it was correct but why should he have to? I definitely won't be returning to this location.
